An impressive, highly detailed reproduction of the largest passenger airplane of its day. Introduced in 1939, this seaplane was able to carry 74 with sleeping berths and even a dining room. Despite their impressive wingspan of 152 feet and creature comforts, they were replaced by land base passenger planes after WWII. Hand painted in nostalgic Pan Am colors, with metallic fabric stretched over a wood frame. Details include transparent porthole windows and accurate engines.
