We believe, as do many consumer advocates, that online credit card orders are at least as safe as over-the-counter transactions. In our eight years of Internet sales, we have never had a case of online fraud! Under the FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent credit card charges.
Recently, our ecommerce provider, UniteU, was granted level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) certification, making it one of only a handful of hosted ecommerce solution providers to achieve such distinguished status.

A Simpler Time does not share your information with ANY third parties! The only email or mail special offerings you will receive will be from us and only if you opt-in to receive these offerings. If at any time you receive an unwanted email from us, just click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from future mailings.
Google AdWords Remarketing
You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you by going to the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely.
We Accept PayPal Payments
In addition to accepting most major credit cards, we also accept PayPal. This allows you to place an order with us without sharing any credit card information.
NOTE: Money from your PayPal account is transferred to our account when an order is placed, while credit card orders are charged when an order is shipped. On most orders that ship within 48 hours, the difference is minor. Personalized sign orders can take up to three weeks.
We belong to the online version of The Better Business Bureau and also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee! As customers are our number one priority, we've never had a dispute go to the BBB (and never intend to). We also offer a complete refund if not totally satisfied on most of our products (personalized items cannot be returned if the mistake was made by the customer, but we will offer a significant discount on replacement).
