Below are just a tiny fraction of the emails and letters we've have the privilege to receive. While ones like this vastly outnumber any negative feedback we get, of course we've had those as well. We're human (when your company is named A Simpler Time, you can't replace them with those new warehouse robots Amazon is installing), and humans, while being a lot more fun to talk to and deal with, do screw up occasionally. But I think it's a testament to a company how they handle those problems. Not only have some formerly disgruntled buyers become our most loyal customers, but we've also not had a single complaint to the Better Business Bureau...in almost 15 years of online business (18 years in business total)! If you're ever not satisfied with us, please let us know. We believe in the "Golden Rule" and don't believe any sale is final until you are happy.

" I recently attended a conference in the downtown area of New Orleans on Canal St. One evening when I was allotted a small amount of time to explore, I ended up at a store called, "A Simpler Time." I walked in and was amazed at the quality of your products and decided that it was best that I leave before I got myself in trouble. I walked around some more, and I had to return to your store. I purchased a bronze statue of a little girl reading a book from a wonderful and delightful saleslady. Two days later after I returned from my conference the statue arrived; however, unfortunately the delivery people were a little rough with her and she was damaged. Well two days later I received another box and my husband and I carefully opened the box and then unwrapped the statue. She is absolutely beautiful!
