About Bob Byerley
Referred to by some as the "modern Norman Rockwell," Bob Byerley's realistic nostalgic paintings of children reflect the kinder, gentler era in which he grew up. The children he paints are real--often neighborhood kids or relatives--and their imagination is surpassed only by the artist's himself. He captures kids who interact with imaginary faeries or build elaborate airplanes, soapbox cars and stages from scrap wood and metal. Often Bob builds these elaborate toys himself in his studio (we think it's just an excuse to act like a child again). Bob's original oils can sell for over a hundred thousand dollars, and many of his very limited edition canvas or paper reproductions have "sold out" over the past fifteen years, with some selling for many times their original prices.

We specialize in Bob's work, which means that you'll see a larger selection of his prints and canvas editions than you will anywhere else. If it sells well and is available, we probably have it on our wall! And if it's sold out and selling for a higher price on the secondary market, we either have it or can find it.
Since the artist "sets" his prices on unframed works, our prices are the same as those found anywhere. But because of our high volume purchasing, we can offer FREE SHIPPING on all Bob's unframed or framed art. Most galleries charge $20 to ship a print and up to $100 for a large framed piece. And if you ship out of state, in most cases your purchase is TAX FREE! We have not raised our framing prices in over eight years. If you've checked on framing prices lately and compared them to ours "apples to apples," you'll be surprised. We frame using conservation standards, which means acid free mats and no tape. And again we ship FREE!
