NOTE: Money from your PayPal account is transferred to our account when an order is placed, while credit card orders are charged when an order is shipped. On most orders that ship within 48 hours, the difference is minor. Personalized sign orders can take up to three weeks.

As customers are our number one priority, we've never had a dispute go to the BBB (and never intend to). We also offer a complete refund if not totally satisfied on most of our products (personalized items cannot be returned if the mistake was made by the customer, but we will offer a significant discount on replacement).
