Orders on in-stock items (not personalized) are generally shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Morrisville, North Carolina. We use FedEx or USPS priority mail at our discretion, so we require a street address in addition to any PO box you may have. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days to most states, but is not guaranteed. Because much of our product is large and fragile (sometimes we wish we sold clothes!), some items may take slightly longer to pack and ship. At times we may need to ship your order in multiple shipments due to availability and in order to ship your order in a timely manner. If you need something sooner, or would be interested in having an item shipped next day or second day air, please call us at 1-888-851-9088 (toll-free), or 919-336-3154 (outside U.S.), or email us at email@example.com, and in most cases we can accommodate your request.
Currently, most personalized signs take approximately 2 to 6 weeks to ship due to their popularity and the fact that each sign is custom made to order. Engraved items like our bells and nameplates take approximately 3-7 business days.
We are proud of our shipping record and our prices. Our shipping rates are at or below our actual costs. Because many of our larger items have to be packaged differently depending on their destination, we apologize for not being able to have our air rates online. But rest assured that the amount we charge for this shipping service is what it actually costs--we don't make our valued customers pay for our 'handling.'
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Other Foreign Countries
We currently accept online orders from U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states only. If you need an item shipped to an area outside the continental United States, please call us at 919-336-3154, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping rates.
When we ship to Canada, we are not responsible for Goods and Services Taxes (GST). We are also not responsible for any additional fees such as advancement fees, service fees or clearance entry fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We have shipped our product to many different countries and take orders from our neighbor to the north, Canada. As these orders are not a large percentage of our total orders, setting up separate shipping charts for each country (as orders for multiple items often ship from different warehouses) would be cost prohibitive at this time. Most (not all) items can be shipped, but if you would like a shipping quote you can call us (1-919-336-3154) or email us (email@example.com) for a quote. If emailing, please be sure to note what you're interested in so we can give you an accurate quote! Orders can also be phoned in. We highly discourage sending us credit card information through emails, as that information is not secure.
Please note that we do not ship orders to Canada that are less than $100, and we do not ship propellers outside the U.S. and Canada.
FedEx Shipping Map Most items are shipped via FedEx ground from our warehouse in Morrisville, NC. Orders on in-stock items and non-personalized are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days of your order. Our FedEx map gives you an idea of how many days (approximately) it will take for items to be delivered after the product leaves our warehouse.

Express shipping is available on most in-stock items. Express shipping on personalized items will speed up the shipping, but does not speed up manufacturing. Please email or call us if you need a personalized item more quickly, and we will do our best to accommodate you if humanly possible.
Damaged Items If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at 1-888-851-9088. Save the box and all packing materials until after FedEx has inspected the package. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund if an item is a 'one of a kind.'
Packages must be opened and inspected within three days of delivery as FedEx will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damages discovered weeks or months later.
If you receive the wrong items, or your item is misspelled please retain the product and box and call us at 1-888-851-9088. We will replace the product or issue a complete refund (including any shipping). It's your choice! We will also pick up the incorrect item at our cost, with our apologies.
If you want to return the product for any other reason, please ship to the address below. Please write 'return' on your original packing list and put it in the box, along with a short reason if possible. It should be shipped in original packaging and insured. We will refund your original purchase price, minus shipping, when it arrives at our warehouse.

Note to our holiday shoppers: For Christmas gifts purchased in November or December, we offer full returns for up to 60 days after Christmas.
We gladly ship via the U.S. Postal Service to our military customers. AA boxes are at the same prices we quote for U.S. shipping. We offer a reduced shipping rate for AP and AE addresses.
